Delivery Information
- Flat Rate Shipping – $9.95 Australia-wide
- Free Shipping – Orders over $100 receive free standard shipping
- Express Post – If you need your order quickly, please select the express option at checkout
- Free Local Delivery – Available between Wynyard and Devonport. Select this option at checkout and we’ll deliver your order straight to your door
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Bosden Candles products as much as we love creating them. If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Change of Mind – As our products are handmade, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind
- Damaged or Faulty Items – If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@bosdencandles.com.au with your order number and photos so we can organise a replacement or refund quickly
- Refunds – Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to appear in your account
