Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping option. Express Post will usually arrive faster.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, Bosden Candles ships within Australia only. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.

Can I pick up my order?
At the moment, we don’t offer pick-up. However, if you’re located between Wynyard and Devonport, we offer free local delivery straight to your door.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bosdencandles.com.au. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update the details for you. If it has already been sent, we’ll do our best to help, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee replacement.

What makes Bosden Candles different?
All of our products are hand-poured in small batches using natural soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils. We pride ourselves on creating beautiful, safe, and long-lasting home fragrance products that bring warmth and comfort into your space.
